Regarding T.C I remember one night waiting for my bus home opposite the Princess Hotel, when a car suddenly pulled up and outstepped Big Mal. He stormed across Mauldeth Rd into the pub and within minutes came out with TC with a shamed look on his face.
Never read anything about the incident, of course mobile phones were at least 20 years away.
