Didn’t realise Musk was covering his legal fees
yep, Tommy is his play toy to push the far right agenda in our country and oust Labour. what a **** Musk is.
Didn’t realise Musk was covering his legal fees
Unfortunately this new class of 'patriots' do not have a flag pole in their garden nor would consider installing one. Their usual choice is to hang it out of the window on days of national importance such as England playing in The Euros or World Cup. Any other time their neighbours complain it lowers the tone of the neighbourhoodWe have a great deal of freedom. You can literally say what you want about Starmer. Call him a ****, bent, whatever. The worst that can happen is that the site owner may - note may - delete your comment if they think it is libellous, and that would be to protect the site. If you own the site, this does not apply.
Try doing the equivalent in Russia or North Korea and see what happens. Assuming there's even a site where you can do it.
I am concerned that there seems to be a growing cult of victimhood. Oh, I'm so persecuted! Oh, I'm a second-class citizen! Oh, I can't speak my mind anymore! 99% of it is exaggerated bollocks. Come to that, I wouldn't mind a tenner for every time I've seen it said that you can't fly the flag. You can, if you want, on your own property. As long as the flagpole is not above 4.5 metres, it's absolutely legal and no one can make you remove it.
Where is this cult of victimhood taking us? What good does it do? If you want to complain, complain about something worthwhile, like your wages are shit, or that prices in the supermarket are extortionate, or that you can't afford to buy (or rent) a house. The very things, by the way, that they are trying to divert your attention from!
Don’t forget, we don’t have Freedom of Speech in Britain. We’ve never had it. It’s not part of our Law and we don’t have a Constituion that outlines it’s permission. And, who will be arrested and charged with battery?
Violence cannot be the answer, which is why freedom of speech needs to be as absolute as our society can allow.
I think perhaps you worded that badly? Of course people can say what they like whether it's true or not. We are all free to make up anything we like and say it as loud as we like. Provided when we do so, we are not defaming someone or your comments could lead to harm to others. But to say you cannot make things up is just not true. Of course you can.People can have their own opinions on facts but they can’t make up their own facts and their words should never be allowed to lead to the harming or potential harming of others.
Has he tried to interfere in any other country's politics?yep, Tommy is his play toy to push the far right agenda in our country and oust Labour. what a **** Musk is.
Has he tried to interfere in any other country's politics?
Why is he so bothered about the UK?
So, that’s a NO.Freedom of speech - Yes
Hate speech disguised as "freedom of speech" - No
Enjoy the ride! By your definition, there’s hate speech on here every fucking day!Don’t forget, we don’t have Freedom of Speech in Britain. We’ve never had it. It’s not part of our Law and we don’t have a Constituion that outlines it’s permission.
We have Freedom of Expression (Human Rights Act, 1998), where people have the right to a voice, but we don’t have Freedom of Speech where people can say anything they want.
Which is a good thing.
Misinformation, disinformation, defamation, slander, inciting violence and arson, causing safety and national security concerns… should all not be allowed, and I’m glad they aren’t.
People can have their own opinions on facts but they can’t make up their own facts and their words should never be allowed to lead to the harming or potential harming of others (whether it be their character or physically).
So, that’s a NO.
Define “hate speech” and enjoy the ride!
The issue is the regulation of social media online in comparison with that of the MSM written and TV press.
I understand that, in many areas, technology is often running faster than the laws can keep up with, but words are just words.

As a chap, who is definitely not on the side of Yaxley-Lennon, and is only on the side of “absolute freedom of speech”, is there anything you would be offended by being said? So, that’s a NO.
Define “hate speech” and enjoy the ride!
Like I said…
Absolutely! All day, every day!As a chap, who is definitely not on the side of Yaxley-Lennon, and is only on the side of “absolute freedom of speech”, is there anything you would be offended by being said?
