He doesn’t need to give a reason. Refusing to leave a licensed premises when asked to do so by a licence holder is capable of being an offence, although it requires (inter alia) disorderly conduct on behalf of the person being asked to leave, and sadly don’t think Robinson gets close to that there. Not that there would be any chance of him being prosecuted for that anyway.
