Noticeable that once Cherki came on Phil and others looked better - he is so unpredictably good teams are frightened to death. His ability to play near perfectly timed forward passes is just what the team needs. Pep must find a way of him being a starter now he's fit - we will be less boring and Erling will love it...

Still have Khusanov and Ait Nouri to come back, plus yet to see the best of Cherki and Marmoush this season.

What was an old, slow and ageing squad all of a sudden looks full of life.

Unsure where we'll end up this season but we've got the building blocks in place again for something special in the future.

Exciting times, can't ask for more right now.
 
Lovely stuff. Thought we were ok first half and the quick one-two from the big man let the players play stress-free for the last half hour.

Nunes deserves a lot a praise, winning headers, showing defensive nous, loads of energy and confident with the ball.

Gonzalez starting to look like he’s found his feet.

Itching to see more of Cherki.

Slowly but surely we are getting there and so many good players on their way back. Top of the fucking league!!!
 
Good result. It would be nice to see other players getting on the scoresheet. Nunes and O'Reilly both excellent. Come on Fulham!
 
Decent first half with frustrating finishing, once we got the goal in the second half it was like vintage City, we had total control and our game management was excellent with Pep using 5 subs for once, onto the next one.
