Reform 2025 Limited new name same business

Didn't get the win in Caerphilly that they were expecting.
Maybe the polls showing they would win a general election are not correct

We saw the tactical voting that will no doubt keep them out.

Regardless, we saw the Labour and Tory vote collapse again.

The electorate has had enough.

that Tsunami they go on about is just a weak piss - they are learning two things

1/ they can't govern at a local level
2/ They have plateaued at a national level

people bigging this shit show up need to give their heads a wobble - Farage didn't even turn up for the count - he knew they were losing so he ran away - meanwhile at a more local level

But if it was tactical voting to keep out Reform, then the Labour and Tory vote would collapse only in seats where neither would be the likeliest to beat Reform.

(Enough of what? Free child care? Lower interest rates?)

If I was to vote today I’d probably vote either independent or green.

Reform are not the answer.

I see nothing other than a hung parliament with all the shit that will bring tbh.
I can see the Greens doing well. I also think if Reform keep cocking things up at a local level, more and more people who have been attracted to them will start to see through them

Reform will undoubtedly cock up as anyone capable of doing a decent job would have the intelligence to not get involved. They are the bottom of the barrel.

The question is how much media coverage and social media content gets pushed that reveals the shithouse operation for what it is.

I think the scaremongering tactic of "people are afraid to walk the streets" (see Pochin in Runcorn) will put people off - who would want to buy your house in such a crime-ridden area?

Nothing tactical about it. Plaid Cymru are significantly on the up throughout Wales and their new leader is being generally spoken about as the next First Minister of the Senedd. Can see them taking over power in Wales for sure

Enough of being gaslighted Vic.

I’m sure you will get the answers you seek when you knock on doors.

Childcare isn’t free - people are paying ever higher taxes to fund it all - and this government’s policies have kept interest tates at a higher level than they otherwise would be.

If that’s the Labour pitch then it’s no wonder their vote was eviscerated last night.

Using that argument nothing is free; education, NHS, road usage, nothing.

The question is which "free" vital services are we prepared to forego?

Rates are 1.25% lower than the peak in 2023 and stripping away the unsustainably low rate of 2009-2022, are back to around the long term average. I'm not sure where you believe they should be right now but I suspect anything the government has done has not made more than 0.25- 0.5% difference.

so - a lower rise in CT is in fact a cut in CT .......... shambolic - as a side note they get rattled the second they come under scrutiny don't they?
