Can see why they’re angry about this. How on earth are they expected to fit more midweek games in alongside their European and Carabao ties. Eh? Oh…

They seem surprised that the club without midweek fixtures in Europe & the domestic cups will be given the midweek prem games….

I hope they get told if they’d have beaten Grimsby it wouldn’t be an issue.

Sucking the TV devils cock has repercussions. Any big club is tied up with midweek games anyway.

Suppose it's an expensive stay over for fans but, do I give a fuck?

It'd have to be much more than that but, if the rags did get the stadium thing going, there's no amount of money in the world that would allow them to play for 2/3 weeks at ours let alone 2/3 years.
Spurs paid Wembley less than £1M per game. That said I don’t think they would ask. I think they will end up staying put and operating at reduced capacity for 3 or 4 years to build an 80k stadium.

I don't think the 'new ground' will happen anyway.

Likely at some stage a lick of paint and some slates on the roof.

When the current owners sell up they might. This whole circus tent shenanigans is simply trying to portray the potential they have to attract buyers probably because last time none of the suitors could see an easy rebuild route so reduced their offers accordingly.

Really can't see them selling up anytime soon either.

Uncle Malc passed it onto UMS when he croaked, I'm sure there's a long line of spawn of UMS all waiting to jump on the raggy gravy train.

There's also no reference on how this pie in the sky project is going to be funded! The Glazers and Scruffy Jim aren't going to put their hands in their pockets. I am concerned that this is Burnham's legacy project and by all means he is going to get government funding for this abomination.

Look at it from another angle. They were always sky's first choice for Sunday 4.30pm k.o.
Oh how far they have fallen.

I’m sure they had the chance to complain about the lack of home matches in that period, before the fixtures were confirmed and published.

But no, their arrogance assumed that they would have League Cup games to occupy their midweeks.

Hate the cunts.

Knew they’d kick on from last week. Lucky fucks with refs in their pocket and confidence/arrogance. Dangerous combo in the Prem.

Can see them going on a serious run now. Some easy games coming for them.

Fucking wankers.
