are you saying we cant see whats obvious?Your last sentence is half right
Pep has access to all the info that we don’t, he knows who can manage how many minutes and he sets us up accordingly
Agree with you about reindeer, he’ll never be that player or any other kind of player at this level. Buy cheap, buy twice
The replay shows last touch from usOr linesman, shouldn’t have been a corner, from which they scored.
well saidYeah, these kinda stats normally mean an away win. Hardly panic stations.
Arsenal are on course for 92pts75 points will win the win the league this season.
We're nowhere near the team that used to get 90 points a season. Neither are the others in the race.
Way too much flapping and it's only October.
He missed at least one easy ball to roll erl in. I thought he was ok but still way off his bestHe was our best player today but in a very poor display by most of the team.
Think he thought it was a foul which is obviously wasn’tThe replay shows last touch from us
Do you actually like city mate! I see nothing but hysterical posts from you every game. You just spew venom at all the players. Your entitled to your opinion obviously but you just seem dead miserable every game no matter the resultdisgusting performance from start to finish. we really have insanely stupid players on this team. shocking decision making at almost every inflection point.
Nobody requested your presence. You don’t need to log in.Here we fucking go, another 150 page post match thread after a narrow defeat to a very good team
There should be a kind of entry policy applied to post match threads whereby if you don’t comment in one after a victory then you’re not allowed to comment after a defeat.
It would keep out all the rags / dippers / various player fanboys / tourist / JCLs etc who just flood it with tantrum inspired nonsense, the vast majority of whom are nowhere to be seen when we win
I think Villa played really well and hats off to them for a really good and determined display. However I think Foden was really poor today. First half he completely hid from the game and though he did get better second half, his quality when he did get in good positions was so so poor.
Prime example is right at the end when the ball broke surprisingly to him and he was in a fantastic position. He blindly played a nothing ball into the box and blew out final good chance to get something from the game. I’d expect Foden there to get his head up and pick the right ball in but he just aimlessly played it. He had to do better in those positions and that today was not good at all.
I do wonder how many bots/trolls are on the Bluemoon forum? You were never fucking happy even when we played exciting football so its return wouldn’t’ make a lot of difference to your miserable posts.
On the train back and the Villa fans say they were poor today. Both sides were sluggish and poor. It was a very poor game with lots of misplaced passes by both teams. We probably should have got a point though.I think Villa played really well and hats off to them for a really good and determined display. However I think Foden was really poor today. So Watkins clean through on goal didn’t happen? The block from one of our defenders to save a certain goal early in the second half didn’t happen? I’m sure there were more. I genuinely don’t think Martinez had a single save to make in the whole game other than Haalands chance in the first half. Which other chances did we miss?Fairly obvious - on the balance of chances we’d have scored more often than not in a game. We didn’t today due to a mix of poor finishing and some brilliant blocks from them.
They scored a solitary goal from a corner they shouldn’t have had.
Early days, the Titanic was on course for New York.Arsenal are on course for 92pts
And Palace had no shots on target, you're right it is title winning form, and we better be careful not to allow them to get too far ahead or they'll do what the dippers did last season and just coast to the title because there is no pressure on them. They won a tough game 1-0 ... they broke Palace down, and got three points, and that's title winning form .... it didn't really matter if they weren't all that impressive.
And it puts our result into perspective, because we were generally poor, and we got nowt!
