both nico and kova on the bench so were able to play some part, again i will say it again no excuse not to have a cdm on the pitch
we have too many square pegs in round holes
not saying we would of won but having players in their right positions don't half help.
pep is untouchtable but we have the right to comment

Do you actually like city mate! I see nothing but hysterical posts from you every game. You just spew venom at all the players. Your entitled to your opinion obviously but you just seem dead miserable every game no matter the result

Your picking on Foden because you can say that for half they teams! Foden did try and make chance but when a team like Villa today defend so well players have bad games! Back the players look at what he tried to do all you doing is looking at what he isn’t doing or seems to be not doing!

On the train back and the Villa fans say they were poor today. Both sides were sluggish and poor. It was a very poor game with lots of misplaced passes by both teams. We probably should have got a point though.
 
oh look, spurs just scored from a corner, Arsenal win again from a set piece, Dippers score plenty from them, why is no one inside our club concerned that ours are awful and we are missing a huge opportunity to get anything from them.
 
Really annoying, we know we can't win every game, we know this, but c'mon we should have gone to Villa and got at least a draw, Jeremy Doku should have started, sick of seeing City just knock it around as if we have all day, no urgency, at least when he's on we look more threatening. Need to get more shots in from others, have done for a good while really.

Just glad to see Erling Haaland was ok, i thought that's all we need, limped a bit but he seemed ok.
Bad loss, just when i thought we were well in the mix, early days i know but these are the type of games you have to get something out of.

So Watkins clean through on goal didn’t happen? The block from one of our defenders to save a certain goal early in the second half didn’t happen? I’m sure there were more. I genuinely don’t think Martinez had a single save to make in the whole game other than Haalands chance in the first half. Which other chances did we miss?

And Palace had no shots on target, you're right it is title winning form, and we better be careful not to allow them to get too far ahead or they'll do what the dippers did last season and just coast to the title because there is no pressure on them.
