City monitoring the forum

I had terrible experiences with the Maine Road Ticket Office lol
I seem to remember the chap in charge was called Mr. White?

I ballsed up getting a ticket for the '81 Cup Final Replay so I asked my sister to pop down in her lunch hour, they said they had none left so she burst into tears, sobbing that it was for her little brother that never missed a match.

Mr White saw the commotion and 'found' a ticket. Cue happiness all round...until the Thursday night.

The stupidity of this is that they’re trying to fix something which wasn’t broken.
I tend to agree but the Knights Templar of ticket point puritans, who dominate this forum before high demand away games, don’t. They will be marching around Stockport, in between Bodo Glint sales updates, shouting “God Wills It!

I shall be waiting at the turnstiles tonight .
I'm sure I will see the regulars pass me by but I might be waiting a bit for the moaners.

They'll be embedding that Pegasus spyware to the electronic ticket notifications soon just to keep an eye on us. Even the blurb advertises it

"Pegasus" is spyware developed by the Israeli cyber-arms company NSO Group that is designed to be covertly and remotely installed on mobile phones running iOS and Android. While NSO Group markets Pegasus as a product for fighting crime and terrorism, governments around the world and Manchester City routinely use the spyware to surveil journalists, lawyers, political dissidents, human rights activists, official supporters clubs, fan sites and especially bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk

There might be some inaccuracies as I got it off Wikipedia and it hadn't been verified

It was broken in their eyes. We are an anchor to their (true of most of the PL) potential matchday revenue (very few season tickets, £300 for match tickets), only thing they don’t see is how short term their thinking is.

The latest CL ticket sale and Bournemouth at home will be a real eye opener to them I’d like to think

Yeah, Haaland’s arrival & the treble season are well & truly yesterday’s chip paper. More recent memories are staggering over the line for 4 in a row, then tossing off an fa cup final to them lot, and spending last season looking like a punch drunk over the hill boxer.
This won’t of gone down too well with tourists (who will still turn up to the really big games) they’ve been & seen Haaland, they’ve watched Pep scratching his head up & down the touch line, and watched us beat BM Madrid Liverpool Arsenal & them lot, plus all the trophies we won.
They’re now blaming our lack of dominance on Pep and the owners, all because the cycle has ended, they're not patient or passionate enough to go again, to get behind the lads, they’re not coming to Bournemouth or even Dortmund (a once plum tie). This coupled with the clubs ticket policies & alienation of its core support, and the sheer amount of football on offer, will see a reckoning, I always envisaged that to be post Pep

Yeah I agree with all that seems to me the ones in the office number crunching got too big for their boots and it’s coming home to roost earlier than they thought. I’m like you I thought we’d see it slowly creep in when pep left if we didn’t get a decent manager to keep us at the top. But looks like it’s already started under pep
