So TAA as he's apparently called 'gets the bird' from the self styled bestest fans in the world and the press narrative is they don't like him..... meanwhile we get grief for giving boos to a player who didn't actually play in a game.

Scaredy cat press are scaredy again and shit themselves from dissing the dip fans.

Noticed Slott gone back to a Steady back four solid midfield with Salah and ekitike as there pace attack a lot more defensively solid and The experience Robinson overlapping getting crosses in while Wirts is in his favoured position to get in around the final third! Barclay looks better with a solid nidfield at left back! Seems we meeting Liverpool now when Slott has found the team that he should played from the start of the season but didn’t because of the pressure of the big buys?!

Pep would watched that and now am sure he will have Doku on the left wing staying wide and sliva wide right!

Liverpool moved on? Raheem Sterling left Liverpool in 2015 to then win 4 Premier League titles amongst other things for City leaving in 2022. During that period he received dogs abuse from dipper supporters, the weird cunts never move on and don’t understand why former players move on to better their careers.

I thought they looked solid last night if not particularly special.

I thought Salah looked physically poor, thier left back literally just took the ball off him twice in the first half and Salah didn’t look technically great either. He missed place a few easy passes

They will bang on about Bradley but whilst he played well, he played on the edge and if Doku can get into him I think Bradley is a yellow card or penalty waiting to happen.

As for Vini Jr, fucking hell he was bad. If Doku plays like that on Sunday, this forum(me in particular) are likely to be calling for him to be taken off at half time. I thought his performance was disgraceful. Particularly given his recent comments/rumours about wanting to leave. He didnt scream 150mil, 450k a week player, did he….

Agree about Bradley and Doku on him wide but this yellow card and a getting a possible pen not a chance Bradley will get away with fouling Doku consistently and might get a yellow card on the 80th minute unless Doku plays him dives cheats evertime he gets touched we will get nought!

Very few, if any, other returning players have been booed at Etihad that I recall.

Indeed, most are cheered, when their name is announced.

That sums up the difference between supporters of Manchester City and the utter scumbags that follow Littlewoods.
Yes and rightly so. Millner wasn't booed because he ran down his contract and signed for Liverpool. That was his right and he'd given us good service during his contract here. Millner was booed because he belitted the club in interviews once he'd left. I've no idea why you needed to fetch him into the equation as the reasons why he's been booed and will continue to be booed whenever he plays against us have been done to death countless times on this forum.
It’s a myth that Milner was derogatory towards City.

Milner said in an in-house Liverpool interview, ‘Winning two titles at City, we had some good players, but as a team this is the best I’ve played in’.
He also mentioned something about the Liverpool team he was playing in had the best team spirit he’d ever played in (can’t find the quote).

Absolutely nowt wrong with saying either thing. It’s not even derogatory about City, it’s just being sycophantic to Liverpool/Lpool fans while he was at that club.

We plucked anything as an excuse to boo him in a retort to Lpool fans booing Sterling. I thought it was odd of us as a fanbase and I’ve given Milner a clap every time we’ve faced him since leaving when his name is read out before the game.

We’ve booed a number of other players, often for no reason n’all.

We booed Sturridge quite badly when he played for Chelsea and Lpool. All he did was leave because Hughes was playing Ched Evans ahead of him and Chelsea who were better than us at the time came in for him. He even didn’t celebrate when he scored against us (which I don’t actually like, get celebrating!).

We booed Dickov for celebrating scoring against us, who without we might still be in League 1.

We booed Distin and James for daring to leave us for a team higher up the league.

We booed Barton when he was still playing for us because he wouldn’t sign a new contract… he was a wanker though, even when he was with us he said his teammates were ‘substandard’, he battered Dabo in training and put a cigar out on Tandy’s eye at a Christmas do. So with him I can understand and I did boo him when he played against us for Newcastle.

Cancelo was booed when he was still our player, on loan at Bayern, and the truth hadn’t even come out about what had gone on with him at City… we just decided he was now the enemy.

We have treated some ex-players poorly with booing them when there was no reason to. Most sets of fans are similar across the board though, and we aren’t much different to any of them.

I think a number of our fans are treating Savinho poorly at the moment n’all.

So we are back to Conor Bradley being the best player in the world again. Few weeks ago he wasn’t good enough apparently.

Has Arnold been arrested for child porn? Selling coke to 12yr olds ? What exactly is his fall from grace ? He moved from one football club to another. The dippers are a weird lot but the sycophantic media is far worse.
Phil McNulty should be thoroughly ashamed by that!! Fall from grace??!!

Liverpool are in a pickle they just spent 50m on a new left back who looks shite and Robinson contract ends June 2026 what’s a betting they’ll give him a new contract!?

Haha, as if any ref is giving us a penalty against Liverpool. He could take out a baseball bat and whack him over the head and Doku would get punished for headbutting his bat.

"The night Liverpool fully moved on"?

You sure about that? Didn't sound like they had moved on to me, quite the opposite infact. That's the equivalent of being dumped, stalking her social media, bombarding her with messages, turning up outside her house/work, being 1 phone call away from a restraining order but claiming you're over them.

Let's hope they meet again in the knockouts with Real Madrid progressing, if we thought the reception was a disgrace last night, it would be a whole different level in that scenario.

They've always been a cuntish bunch, amazing how the media always seem to gloss over it.

The worst kind of scouser is a happy scouser so I enjoy them losing as much as possible. Hopefully starting again on Sunday.

What an absolute load of bollocks. Are you sure you're even a City fan? You've tried to do quite a character assassination on our fanbase. Let's break your post down.

Millner was derogatory about the club he left, trying to undermine it's achievements and how good they were. He didn't have to say what he did about us at all, he could have still kissed Liverpool's arse without putting us into the conversation. There were other digs and slights in other interviews too. He also took the piss after scoring against us at Anfield when he mimicked Ya Ya's league cup final celebration after scoring the winning penalty. The mans a ****. Booing him had absolutely nothing to do with Sterling and everything about him.

Sturridge like Sancho got stick because he acted all Billy big bollocks and both thought they were better and bigger than the club, the latter thinking he knew better than one of the greatest manages in the world in Pep. Sturridge wanted more money without actually being an established first team player. He was a greedy egotistical bastard, Chelsea offered it and off he went.

Dickov wasn't actually booed for scoring that penalty against us, I was at the game, were you? He got a great reception and was his usual all action self and was laughingly booed for it, all good natured as in a pantomime villain way. He knew it and we knew it. No he was booed after his totally over the top celebration right at the City fans as he scored what I think was the winning penalty. At that time we were in grave danger of relegation and his antics were totally out of order, as he himself has subsequently admitted.

Distin and James were offered more money by Portsmouth, the same as Cole. The first two were key players at the time and them fucking off left us right in the shit. They deserved any stick they got.

Cancello behaved like a spoilt brat and was rightly fucked off by Pep. He got booed for that disrespect to our manager and club and rightly so.

Barton was and is a bellend as the years since he left has proven. It's so long ago now I neither really remember or care. Bellend or not he was a half decent player on his day and we didn't have many of those back then. I don't remember him being booed when he played for us and I'm sure I remember he got a half decent reception on his first return to our place. Back then we might not have liked good players leaving but we understood we were never going to be challenging for honours so we understood why they would leave to better their careers, like SWP. We also needed the money they brought in.

No we are totally different to other clubs, especially Liverpool. Their hate campaign against Sterling was despicable and whipped up by a City hating and Liverpool loving media ensured he got vile abuse all over the country and even when he played for England. If you can't see that you're deluded or as I said not a City fan.

Nobody is treating Savinho poorly. Many of us don't rate him highly and express that here. At the game he gets our full support but his performances sadly often prove our opinion correct, though we hope he will come good eventually. Why wouldn't we?? A world class version of Savinho benefits everyone.
