He genuinely looks like a child playing on a pitch with adults. And that's not just about his size - see how easily Foden out-muscled him in the corner towards the end, Phil is about the same size and not particularly strong.
Yep, players often take a while to settle in to the Premier League but there are potentially some bigger issues than that with Wirtz
 
They shouldn't be written off. Liverpool were poor in the first half of 21/22 but then won 51 from 57 points in the 2nd half of the season and we needed wonders from Gundo to win the title.

We are better, though :)

Think we’re finding out that Slot doesn’t improve players. He won using Kloppball.

Does he have a style of play? All the new players don’t seem to understand their roles in whatever Slot is trying to do.
 
Salad is clearly finished and I am honest enough to say he was truly world class and made the difference to there somewhat success over the years
I thought he had a great battle with Nico in the first half.
A walkover in the second half though.
