Was livramento not out with a long term injury?
At the end of October Eddie Howe said this on Livramento:

"I'd say he is still on track. It will be after the two-week international break.

"I don't think we can bring that forward two weeks. You are looking at the Man City game for him as a pencilled-in date. Hopefully, he can be available for that.

"He is doing well, really good, and there are no adverse reactions to his injuries."

The first game after an international break is a common target for returning injured players. I cannot say he will play, only that the Newcastle football media are expecting that Livramento, and also Lewis Hall and Antony Gordon to come into contention for our game.

Is that the same Livramento that has got as many league assists and 2 less league goals in 22/23 23/24 24/25 and 25/26 combined as Nico O’Reilly has got in 13 league starts? The one many in here wanted to sign for more than £80m in the summer? Scary

Fully agree.
Also Livramento positioning for the Liverpool winner against Newcastle was awful.

Don't think it was as bad as first feared. Will still have been out for eight weeks though, so they might not rush him straight back into a game like this.
He won’t last long against our Jeremy, will he? ;-)

probably wont be a better time to play newcastle away, had a dreadful start. Gotta maximise that
