Chelsea were pretty impressive there.
Keep that up and they will be competitive through the season.

Been saying for two years that this Chelsea team have huge potential and keep getting better all the time.

When all that team are in their prime years, mid to late 20s, they’ll be the best team around. Still a young team at the moment.

It helps when you have players prepared to run and fight for every single ball and a manager that actively manages a team for all 90 minutes.

I’ve always wanted to win the league with the second placed team going unbeaten. It’ll show how unimportant going unbeaten is.

I remember in the good old days when Serie A highlights used to be on tv in the 70"s and 80's.
Perugia ( I think) went unbeaten for the full season and didn't win the league

Given their two first choice center halves were out yes definitely. Unfortunately the sending off obviously hindered them.

Pretty turgid performance from us I thought. Keeping a 6 point gap on Chelsea is the only positive. Could have won it at the death but didn't deserve the 3 points. Just pleased we didn't lose that - about as bad as we've played all season (apart from Rags away 1st match).
