I wonder what it means for Marmoush? Doku is playing very well at the moment and I'd assume Semenyo would go on the right. Haaland isn't getting dropped so we have Marmoush knocking about but he seems unable to challenge anyone for a starting spot!

I always think with Bournemouth, Brentford, Brighton etc that we should spend the rumoured £65m on buying their scouts as they pick up immense players!

I’m not sure if you’ve ever watched Ghana but all of their quality is attackers. He can’t carry a team that conceded 2 in 5 minutes because their GK didn’t let the ball go out for a goal kick. Norway has far better quality all around

Let’s just be clear for fairness sake, Bobb is absolutely no where near the level of Jack Grealish. If he ends up anywhere near as good as him then he’ll have had a good career.

I was thinking more the Grealish towards the end of his time with us. Jack had a great run but trailed off massively and I think that’s fair to say. I like him and wanted it to work out for him but sadly the move for Everton was a no brainier

Would have to move him to the right which I doubt he will like, and i dont want to move Doku to the right.

He operates more in big spaces, and his chance creation is very poor, he is more on the end of things to score goals.

But we literally have Marmoush for that and Pep doesn't use him, so this all seems so strange to me.

Marmoush is absolutely wank. Nowhere near the level required to win trophies.

Before the broken leg I think he showed great potential - it's set him back big time, and I wonder if he doubts himself physically since then

Disagree. He's trading off 1 goal at Newcastle 2 years Lightweight, no pace, doesn't score goals, rarely puts a decent cross in - would've been a mainstay of the team in the Stuart Pearce years but we've moved on from players of Bobbs level, or at least we should have if we are serious about competing at the top end. Am sure Bobb's a lovely lad and all that but I just don't see the level needed in him at all.
