WSL Leicester (A) 07/12/25

Isn't that what the Arse fellahs 'n fans were thinking a few weeks ago? It's nice to see but even six points can vanish if yer misfiring! Just ask CFC lasses.
No offence mate, but I’m just going to enjoy us being the top of the league, six points clear without us chasing Chelsea for once and without thinking of any of the other stuff :)

Missed the game due to family comitments (was a nice dinner though). Sounds like we made hard work of it again with Kerolin coming on and changing the game adding a quicker impetus to the play. Really glad she's back in the squad and hope she's in a good place after what happened.

Early Christmas present with Chelsea losing (now isn't that a shame?) and giving us some breathing space.

That's a big result for our ladies. 6 points, and 7 goals, ahead of the perennial title winners now.
Indeed. And when asked about 2 weeks ago, who would win the WSL that Croydon born, veneered teeth, masculine looking ( imo) non entity Leeanne Sanderson was very dismissive of City- almost like our girls were shi£t on her shoe and said ' definitely Chelsea'. It was said with such anger and venom towards City.

The girls are doing well, but it's a long season....but fingers crossed.

Tbh I loathe anything Arsenal but their women's team can legitimately sing to the Chav women team ' Champions of Europe, you'll never sing that '.....:-)

You're not a fan then?

We might have left it late, but in truth that was the most comfortable 3 points of the season. Leicester offered less than anybody else we've played.

I thought that Kerolin was quite a miss as she offers an unpredictability that nobody else does.

After last year when everything that could go wrong seemed to, things are now going in our favour. A week off with fewer injuries than we've had for over 12 months, whilst our title rivals have CL fixtures to navigate and our next opponents Villa have the rearranged fixture on Thursday night.
