I remember Warnock once being introduced as "England international ". Didn't he play 5 minutes in a friendly against Australia when most of the better players didn’t travel.

I also read that Football Focus has lost something like 66% of their viewing figures since Alex Scott became a permanent fixture. A bit similar to when Jenas was on the One Show. Apparently he was close to loosing his job until he self destructed.

Thing is bbc don’t give a toss about ratings because it doesn’t cost them

If they did care about ratings and value for money for the licence fee they wouldn't be wasting money on sending a film crew and a reporter to Barcelona to record this type of puff piece on St Fish Fingers. I mean there are plenty of UK players playing in Europe but let's focus on this degenerate. They are so obsessed with anything rag related. Apparently he has almost mastered the Spanish language having been there 3 months. Fat learner or bullshit merchant?? I'm glad I haven't paid the licence fee for 20 plus years.

I didn’t even know about that but it’s to be expected from the rag loving bbc!

I’m sorry….but anyone who’s thick enough to pay their licence fee is a degenerate ****,I mean you MUST know by now that unless you watch LIVE tv(any channel…just live broadcast tv or iPlayer or any catch up tv)you don’t need a licence, anyone knocks at your door and introduces themselves as from the BBC….just SHUT your door on them and keep your gob shut, they have zero power, they prey on the elderly and young woman on their own who have kids and might get caught by saying something without thinking….loose lips sink ships and all that.

Well he must be a transformed person since going to Spain ?
The poor lamb never saw a book (despite the Trafford Tramps supposedly sending him, as all youth players, to a private school) when growing up.
Why, oh why, is he still relevant ?

... and here's the final par:

Manchester City is majority-owned by Sheikh Mansour, the vice-president and deputy prime minister of the United Arab Emirates who has an estimated personal fortune of more than £17 billion.

Manchester City did not respond to a request for comment.

Nothing racist here!

what a cower of shunts
Now, in a letter to City’s chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak, the Jewish Representative Council argues that ‘at a time when our community is grieving and we have received solidarity from many of Manchester’s prominent institutions, you have offered absolutely no support’, which ‘is in complete contrast to Manchester United Football Club who pushed for a minute’s silence, something your club would not have done had Brentford not already had one planned as a mark of respect for someone connected with their football club’.

The shameful thing is that Pep completely disrespected the victims of the synagogue stabbing and the whole Jewish community by making those remarks hours after that cowardly attack. It was crass and grossly insensitive. He also probably breached the club's social media policy as well. He deserves all the shit he gets for that.
the way the article is framed is shameful

He made the remarks complained about in November, not "hours after". If you want to get people onside with your argument don't misrepresnt facts so blatantly.

We must be doing ok again for the mail to attack pep. Whether you agree with him or not is no reason to attack the club nor the person.

The press is a cesspit of cockroaches each trying desperately to find their moral superiority which fortunately for them bulks up their wallets and allows their egos to wallow in popular misplaced opinions. Wonder why they do that? -:)

Time all media was behind a paywall. So we can chose to read their spoon fed shit or not.
