The shameful thing is that Pep completely disrespected the victims of the synagogue stabbing and the whole Jewish community by making those remarks hours after that cowardly attack. It was crass and grossly insensitive. He also probably breached the club's social media policy as well. He deserves all the shit he gets for that.

How did he disrespect the victims of the synagogue attack in Manchester by talking about atrocities in Gaza? I think the club not posting support was wrong but I think having a go at Pep is wrong.

My understanding is Pep never made comments about Gaza until a speech accepting an honorary doctorate, so almost 2 years after the conflict & 4 months before this despicable attack. His speech was not political but questioned the pain he felt seeing children suffering etc

He is a lying toadying prick, the table showing Man City's success with that team shits on anything GPC or Liverpool achieved and those cunts far outspent anyone without restricted spending due to ffp.
City's 17-18 champions would win the league in every single season, since the football league was born, end of debate.

You should be ashamed of your post for accepting the the article is in anyway near the truth . Pep made those comments in June at the Degree Ceremony whilst the Synagogue attack happened in October. How do you reconcile be that? Your name which includes Prestwich suggests one possible reason.

The headline says “following” the Synagogue attack.

Not doubting you, but I’d be interested to see confirmation of Pep making his comments some months before.

He made those comments the day after the attack, as there was a protest in Barcelona he encouraged people to go to. I can tell you that all the Jewish City fans I know were incensed.

Anyone who takes anything Stephen Warnock says seriously needs to have a word with themselves.
He's a biased, bitter scouse prick.
Was a shit footballer and an even worse pundit.
Anybody remember when the CAS finding dropped, with Warnock pronouncing to the world that City were guilty, only to be told off by the Sky News anchor that what he was saying was a load of bollox?

Stephen Wanker, more apt.

Don’t know anything about this apart from what people are saying in here & I NEVER go on to a MUEN site - but what I do know is never to trust a Daily Fail headline

I wouldn’t waste time getting upset at Warnock for yesterday. He’s just a stooge. These segments don’t just appear - they are the results of hours of production meetings

Bernado gives an interview earlier in the week that we were the best Premier League team. This gives the producers plenty of time to decide on a response to appeal to their majority viewers. Even better get a scouser on as they all hate Bernado.

All rehearsed garbage decided by the producers, and played out by D list pundits like Warnock.

Football Focus is on life support - they’ve lost a third of their viewers and are making a show that appeals to the majority of the dwindling viewers that remain.

It was a video message, so might have been pre-recorded? Whatever Pep may or may not have said over a year ago I have no idea why it should be news now, especially given today’s horrors at Bondi.

If they did care about ratings and value for money for the licence fee they wouldn't be wasting money on sending a film crew and a reporter to Barcelona to record this type of puff piece on St Fish Fingers. I mean there are plenty of UK players playing in Europe but let's focus on this degenerate. They are so obsessed with anything rag related. Apparently he has almost mastered the Spanish language having been there 3 months. Fat learner or bullshit merchant?? I'm glad I haven't paid the licence fee for 20 plus years.
Impressive to master a language in 3 months. Even more so after apparently previously saying he didnt read a book until he was 17.

He was absolutely fucking bang on. Well done Pep.

Yep, his exact words were “Everyone knows they’re guilty.” The little know nowt prick was absolutely gutted, he was on the verge of scriking his eyes out. I was lucky enough to be off work that day just sitting on the settee all day laughing at all the meltdowns and mental gymnastics trying to make out we were guilty, hopefully I’ll be doing it again soon, top day that was.

Thing is bbc don’t give a toss about ratings because it doesn’t cost them

100% if a company doesn't have to worry abouts its income, it wont worry about its quality of work.
The bbc have a huge advantage over all the other news and tv companies.

In sport this is seen as wrong. The bbc moan about alleged state funding of City. Yet they work for a state funded company.
