The direction this thread has taken is entirely predictable and I’m surprised it hasn’t been locked.
Really? I googled it got this straight awayNot seen anything can you point me in the right direction
But people are implying their actions are more justified because of Netanyahu. Antisemitism has thrived on 'excuses' like blood libels, Jews controlling the banks, the media and other such falsehoods. The Nazis blamed the Jews for Germany's defeat in WWI. We even see it on this forum occasionally. You are doing it again. No one has justified their actions, no one has said antisemitism will go away when Netanyahu does, that is your deflection. Just answer this simple question
Is it fair to say Netanyahu and his actions have made attacks on Jewish people more likely or do you believe now and in the future no family member of a dead Palestinian may turn to terrorism against innocent jews and anyone watching the events in gaza unfold will not decide to carry out an attack based on the atrocities they have seen.
But you are excusing it. "It does lead to resentment". Your words.Official figures state that Israel has killed 65,000 Palestinians in the last two years. Estimates are significantly higher.
Human Rights Watch, the International Association of Genocide Scholars, Doctors Without Borders, Amnesty International, and the Lemkin Institute for Genocide Prevention all state that Israel is committing genocide in Palestine.
This has a catastrophic global impact.
It does not excuse the killing of innocent people, just as Israel should not be excused for killing innocent people, but it does lead to resentment, naturally so. The resentment should be directed towards Netanyahu and the soldiers carrying out his instructions, not Jewish people globally who, like everyone else, wish to live in peace. Equally, the actions of two terrorists should not lead to the condemnation of Muslims across the globe, for they too wish to live in peace.
I haven't seen a post saying justified, its a more a case of more likely, inevitable. He must of known the more extreme the action the more likely of increased terrorist acts. He is creating more terrorists Just like Hamas would have been aware of Israeli repercussions. The fuckers are playing a blinder. But people are implying their actions are more justified because of Netanyahu. Netanyahu, and his actions in Gaza are just another excuse, albeit a convenient one.
It's always children.A 10 year old child among the dead. Just horrendous.
I will never understand how a person can commit such atrocities because of something they read in a book, or something they heard from a relative, or a preacher, or online. How hatred can blind you so much that you're gunning down innocent people. Children.
I don't want to believe that some people are just born evil, but the older I get the more I begin to accept it. I dread to think what horrors will come next year, or the year after, or 10 years from now. What my future children and grandchildren will have to see and live through. We've messed this world up, haven't we?
Amazes me that these so called powerfull Sky fairys never appear to put the world to rights ?????Absolutely horrific. Once again it’s my sky fairy is better than your sky fairy
Yep you will have a piss poor life down here but dont worry everything will be grand in he magical pixie land ..............It's always children.
Someone made a brilliant point earlier that religion was devised as a coping mechanism for those that couldn't truly understand the world thousands of years ago, and the shit show of religion in the modern world only reinforces that belief.
One for each day of the week. The Press Conference has revealed a few details within about 12 hours.
The perp's are father and son (wtf)
One was known to the authorities.
The other is a licensed gun owner with a small fucking arsenal!
I guess the family are not farmers, work in the outback or are shark hunters off Bondi so why the need for 7 guns?
It shouldn't be, but some can't help themselves sadly.16 so far confirmed dead, many more with "catastrophic" injuries.
There's a time and a place (and a thread) for discussing the proximate causes, but it's not here, not today.

Agree with a lot of what you’re saying. It’s absolutely appalling what is happening. Obviously as you say antisemitism has always happened and it’s disgusting. But I'm not, and nor are my little granddaughters. Yet people seem to think we are part of the problem. And people who seem to think the murder of Jews is excusable because of the actions of Israel are just as bad as those who think it's ok to murder innocent Gazans because of the actions of Hamas.
People are making excuses for antisemitism.
Your post reads like a speech by Suella Braverman.Time to ban these Palestinian hate marches that the far left are using to create more hate and fear
I have no doubt you are sincere when you state that you'd march against the terror attacks committed in Bondi, Manchester, London, Manhattan and Sweden.I would equally march against the terror attacks committed in Bondi, Manchester, London, Manhattan, Sweden, etc.
