Arsenal Thread | 2025/26

Lego head will be racking his brains - what he has of them - to come up with a new gimmick for his tactical talks in training.
When do the players actually behind to lose faith and question this clowns coaching methods? 5 years with no trophies and they play an effective but very uninspiring style of football. If you’re a serious footballer don’t you get to a stage where you begin to get fed up?

Imagine the likes of Haaland or De Bruyne prior to him being at City and not having won anything in 5 years. Wouldn’t you be starting to wonder what you are doing there?

You can talk about loyalty or being part of a project but top players want to be winning the top trophies.

Arteta as well hardly seems like the inspiring type. From what I can see he has very little charisma and personality.

That's an element that I hadn't thought about actually. If they don't win the league or CL this year it could be curtains for Arteta.
, so he will be feeling even more pressure as an individual and that will transmit to their squad as well.

At any other big job it would have been curtains for him already. Name one other serious big club in world football that would tolerate a manager going 5 full seasons without winning anything.

Arteta is under huge pressure and I dont think he has the personality to handle it.

Stunning, utterly stunning. What a fucking knob. Even Robbie doesn't agree with him. And some of the fans in the background shaking their heads as well.

Fuck me i stopped watching after 5 seconds.
What is the collective name for a group of fucking bellends?

How about the fact Wolves scored all 3 of the goals?

Bridesmaid FC at his finest.

They got over the line against i would say one of the poorest teams in PL history not looking great going is it really.
Said they would need hell of a lead going into late Feb cannot see it happening now ..............aling with balancing the cup games i wouldnt be decked if it didnt all go wrong

I dont like to, but i give a lot of praise to Arteta for making Arsenal a pretty strong solid outfit, Rice is different level, Saka is a constant menace and they're good all round... but i really can't see them winning the league - they just lack that tiny % mentality to see out the whole season consistently. You guys are in the groove now and Arsenal are stumbling already.

Are they ‘stumbling’? They drew at Chelsea and lost at Villa. Those results aren’t the end of the world

They’ve been to most difficult away grounds whereas we haven’t yet.

City need to buy in January to keep this up

was 4 mins away from drawing against the worst side in PL history, lost to Villa, drew at Chelsea and Sunderland. Agree not to bad but there's a overall feel there stumbling, picking up injuries especially defensively.

Get those Hammers goggles off. The guy is massively overrated

Different level…what a load of crock

Oh the surface not the end of the world however

They drew playing against 10 men Chelsea for an hour even going behind

They lost with the last kick of the game against Villa
