PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

It’s what Americans do like they’ve been doing for years going after our club for lies signing letters to investigate us! Americans it’s how they do big business!!

All these clubs want our secrets and way of doing business! They would offered much bigger wages to get him! It’s a pity they don’t offer players bigger wages to get them over the line! It’s why there club have bought average for years and players go else where!

Me neither but I suppose it proves how all other clubs highly regard our set up. Which is why they resorted to 115!

But I wish we wouldn’t just let them go- as, after 10 years, they must be taking a lot of very useful knowledge with them.
Just let them go? As opposed to chaining them to their desk?

Presumably his new job is a promotion with (again presumably) more money, especially moving to London. There'll always be churn with the execs and lower, I can't see why it's even "news", let alone why any football fan should care.

because it's gonna be good news for the 115 clan another executive leaving before the verdict comes out.

Yep. You’re probably right but someone who has worked for us for 10 years must have been doing something right.
Still, your comments reassured me. The report makes it sound as if he’s an important & high up executive but he’s more likely to be just one of many.

So I take it all those social media accounts who were declaring 6 or 7 months ago that we'd won and it would be announced imminently, knew nothing and those posts can be declared null and void?

Some of them were reputable City posters too.

I'd not even bothered reading it earlier TBH but I've just had a quick look:-

"Moersen graduated from George Washington University and worked for D.C. United before joining CFG club New York City FC in 2015. He held several roles there and at City before moving into the wider CFG operation in 2020."

Which explains why no one has heard of him, he worked for NYCFC mainly by the sounds of it for 5 years and then the CFG for the last 5 helping out in various roles and clubs.

For those people on here that have worked in these high circles (executive), how does it work with any 'secrets' you have about the company you are leaving, is that a no go area or is it acceptable behaviour to spill the beans?

they can’t do it, they all care about the dividends.
Whereas city pump most of our profits back into the club.

City look at the long term, they build the multi club structure, this way they can get and observe the best young talent in each region.
They don’t have the patience to replicate what we do.

Certainly not (formally) and yes, of course (informally). The trick is to share the beans around :)
