My son in law got me a hospitality ticket to see City away at Bournemouth a couple of years ago. Semenyo looked dangerous throughout, but I can’t be convinced he is is much better than Doku or Savinho. Maybe do a deal to let Bobb go to Bournemouth, but Savinho and Doku are just beginning to show their potential. I’ll leave it to the club to decide.

Do think a midfielder should be the priority, but not averse to adding a goalscoring winger either.

I would go so far as to say two midfielders for the latter part of the season.

Ideally one DM for cover and one AM who is press resistant along with a winger. That could be the difference maker as it looks like Pep is making sure Bernie goes straight from the Etihad into a Retirement Home!

I'm interested to see if Heskey gets a shot in the league cup tomorrow and can potentially play himself into contention over the next few weeks until Doku returns. There's probably somewhere between 0-1% chance of it happening but you never know. Otherwise it's likely we'll see Savinho either wide left or wide right with Cherki switched to the left. Bobb would be the other option of course.

There are no guarantees with any transfers but he's played in the premiership for a while now and has been playing against the same players he would do for City. The fact he plays for Bournemouth isnt really relevant. He is less of a risk than most transfers tbh.
