For those people on here that have worked in these high circles (executive), how does it work with any 'secrets' you have about the company you are leaving, is that a no go area or is it acceptable behaviour to spill the beans?

A good organisation is built around process and structure not people This is where the rags went wrong when they lost the two key people at the same time In a properly structured one when someone leaves there is someone as capable to step up, did City miss a beat when Berrada left? Tixki left but they and a proper succession plan the same will happen when Soriano goes IMHO the key person at City is Khaldoon but even when he steps down I’m sure he will ensure that a capable successor is appointed
The above applies to to the business side at a football club the talent including the manager is key and the hardest to replace, but clubs have done it in the past so when Pep finally goes then I’m positive they will have a plan

Not mentioned at all as far as I can see other than a brief nod to the referred breaches and the club's statement in response.

There are rules about how such things should be disclosed, so the lack of information is a pretty good indication of what the club thinks about the whole thing and how the auditors agree with them.
