Players who might improve us

If we get Semenyo over the line and get Geuhi the squad is starting to look really good again and young and hungry
The players leaving is going to be as important as the players coming in to retain that young and hungry team.
Managing how to integrate the best crop of the youngsters won't be easy.
Echeverri, Nypan, Mukasa, the Heskeys , Mfuni, Reis , Bah, Cavan Sullivan, Sangare, Mubama etc. will all have ambitions to make it with ourselves or some other top team.
Savinho, Bobb, Lewis , Khusanov are further along.
At the other end of the age group we have experienced internationals, Ake, Stones, Kovacic, to name just 3, that are top players, when fit.
It is essential that we get good loans for the younger lads who are not quite ready for us and not to sell them off until it is clear that they are not good enough for us or where there is no position available for them.

You can call me crazy but I think we desperately need a new DM in the January transfer window.

Love Rodri but I think we need to plan for Rodri being the Stones successor.. (15 games a season if that from now on and proceed accordingly.. )

We risk way too much if Nico G goes down injured (and you just know Arsenal will target him like they did Rodri).

And don't forget it's not just them.. it's the whole league. For example Newcastle kicked the shit out of us but played all soft vs the rags today which makes you go how the hell did we lose to that bunch?? All the fouls on Haaland.. none get called.. etc

I don't have the solution.. but I can definitely see a problem. We need another DM.

Between Jan and Summer windows:

- Antoine Semenyo FW
- Elliot Anderson CM
- Marc Guehi CB
- Givairo Reed RB

Roger Ibanez a Brazilian CB formerly of Atalanta and Roma. Currently plays in the Saudi Pro League for Al—Ahli with Mahrez. Has been a regular 90 min player in his 3 seasons and can be picked up for around £22m. Is in his prime having just turned 27 last month. Has superb vision with his passing and very capable of bringing the ball out of defence and transitioning to attack. Great in the air and has great speed for a CB.

If we were to sign him to replace Ake should he leave in January or summer he would be the same age we acquired Akanji and would give us experience at the back in a young team.

Some of those players on loan are economical buys or cfg buys. If they end up being good they might get a shout at the first team but rarely do they. I don't think echeverri will make it here, the rest will have to really be class otherwise they are gone to.

All of ake stones and kvacic should be sold as well
