Antoine Semenyo | Prefers to join City - Ornstein (p73)

Marmoush was excellent last season and has barely played this season (due to the incredible form of Haaland and Doku, and now AFCON). Trafford is hardly a "miss" as he's probably the best back-up goalkeeper in the league.

Savinho was essentially a signing under the former administration. Plus he still has some time to go, he's only 21.
Trafford has done nowt wrong, we just signed a better keeper just after.

The other 2 have done nowhere near enough to justify what we paid for them.

It’s off!

According to the MUEN, United have got a Semenyo boost.

Just found this on the MUEN web page......
"Antoine Semenyo has been the talk of the town in recent weeks but United don't look to be at the front of the queue for his signature."

Just looking at our fixture list coming up. It’s a pretty horrific schedule. We’re going to need bodies and we’re going to need to rotate. He’ll play plenty.
It's no worse than teams in the same position as us who want to win things.

Rather that than no fucking games like the Rags.

As well as spelling a load wrong too
Ah do me a favor BBS...:)

As an expat Paddy in the colonies, while I have taken on some Americanisms in my over 30 years here, one thing I will never do is spell words like honour, colour or favour without the 'u'. Even when spellcheck tells me otherwise...

While we're moaning about Americans, the one thing that does my head in more than anything is how they can't decide whether a football team is singular or plural. "City needs a midfielder. They don't have anyone in that position." Either "City needs/It doesn't" or "City need/They don't." The latter is the only correct answer, but if you're going to be wrong, at least be wrong consistently.

Manchester City (they/their) :-)
