Once again guardiol immaculate, he has developed into a rolls royce for us, good on the ball, Quick and covers the left back area. Foden ran the game in the second half. Imprssed with Anderson and Gibbs white but neither up to our standard.
I've been saying Gvardiol is a Rolls Royce since day one. Reminds me, in terms of style, of the greatest defender of all time - Maldini.

What I don't understand is why any pro club in this country - all four divisions - would want to hire someone to coach a team to avoid playing football and avoid defeat. Considering the millions of guys that play football in this country, all pro players represent a microscopic slice of the total number of players. All pro players are elite to some extent or other - in this context, as well as having a City seasoncard I watch some of the clubs seven levels down the pyramid. By any reasonable metric, some of these players are outstanding - wingers and goalpoachers that rarely miss. So, in the Prem, why are relatively outstanding players with real skill and mentality, coached to play anti football. Surely all pro players want to play football that shows everyone just how good they are? And here we are - clubs paying the Dyche's of this world millions of pounds to play like San Marino. With San Marino et al, it's understandable when half the team are postmen, butchers, bakers and candlestick makers, for them to park the bus. But for clubs in the Prem (they've all won the Lottery with billionaire/multibillionaire owners) it's pathetic to organise super wealthy players into a San Marino formation.

Haven't checked the results yet. Dyche does come across as a sore loser.
Talking of sore...have you seen footage of the horrendous tackle dyche made on an oppenent whilst playing for Northampton town iirc.....effing hell it was a disgrace ,straight red,...it makes the studs on knee on Foden by a forest player look soft by comparison.

Nope, I hadn't seen it but makes me a feel a little bit sick from when my tib got snapped in two :)

Dyce blaming what happened in the City game for defeat to Everton.
"I think there's a bit of frustration left over from the Manchester City game as if something has been taken out of our hands".

Moyes may be a dinosaur but he's got far more class than that fat prick, happy he's beaten him tonight despite missing several key players.
Are you referring to the same David Moyes who told Vicky Sparks she might get a slap in a post match interview?

Someone should refer that jackass Dyche to the fact that they were awarded more than a handful of free kicks from dangerous positions while we had nary a one despite the fact that we had two thirds of the ball and no shortage of adept dribblers. So much bullshit when it comes to us its scandalous...
And the shot Phil had came after he'd been held but kept going. Other players (Igor Jesus for one) would have stopped hoping for a penalty.

No doubt Phil could have gone down. What a bunch of pussies starting with that slob of an owner.
