We win 10-1, they get embarrassed by Brighton reserves.
Sums up the two clubs lol

Finest post ever, well done sirFirst Grimsby, now Brighton
If that isn't a case of The Seagulls following The Trawlers I don't know what is :-)
Oh he seems to have the rag DNA alright based on that 2nd yellowCompare it to the lads coming out of our academy, the application, the mindset, the personality. I guess on the red side they just focus on teaching petulance and arrogance, knowing those in the stands will clap and applaud them for having the rag DNA.

Lacey looks like he'll suit them down to the ground

He and Jason Wilcox have been superb this season! We might have to do a save our Agent Omar thread.
He's working way too well.
No self awareness what so ever. It won’t have even occurred to them that that might not be the best ideaClassy fuckers as ever.

Hoping to go one better than the 10-1. Can't have them scoring a consolation. We need to destroy these fuckers next week. No shit team selection please Pep
Why would they go there? 2 reasons mainly. Many are egotists who think it’ll be different with them in charge and, mostly, £££££££££££££££££££Serious question. Obviously, they'll pay a King's ransom to get a "quality" manager in. And, like it or not, they are a world famous name/brand/franchise. But, if one of those quality managers was to look at the situation coldly, why would they go there? The infrastructure/hierarchy is a total mess, the squad is bang average, and the stadium is a crumbling wreck. Spurs (when Frank eventually gets the bullet) would be, on paper, a more attractive proposition. Yes; the same issues mentioned above apply to Spurs as well (not the stadium, obviously), but they have the attraction of being in London, which might be a factor for some managers.
I've waited a long time for it to happen. Many times I thought it might - especially in the 17/18 season when we scored for fun... maybe this time...Another 10-1 would be fun
I’d be happy with 1-7 tbf.I've waited a long time for it to happen. Many times I thought it might - especially in the 17/18 season when we scored for fun... maybe this time...
