not at all, however, we live to fight another day - over to the music page, crack open a bottle of Drownyers Orrows and bering yourself roundNot been a great day has it?
Without a doubt.not at all, however, we live to fight another day - over to the music page, crack open a bottle of Drownyers Orrows and bering yourself round
There’s a limit on non-eu players you can have in La Liga. Solis has moved on loan to Birmingham, which should allow for Echeverri to be registered.Another one today.
Simpson-Pusey started again for Koln in their win today. Think that’s three straight starts and all at 90 minutes. Seems to be getting some great exposure after not getting a look in at Celtic.
Reis seems to be having a great season with Girona and there are rumours he could be in line for a full Brazil call up.
Echeverri I’ve not seen in either the recent Bayer or Girona squads. Did he actually move across to Girona?
Yes, a few times including against couple of the big boys. He's already very good and is going to be international regular in a couple of season. I just get the feeling he'll flourish under Pep if he gets a fair chance.Girona top half now after looking like an early season basket case. Kept a few clean sheets recently, and at least Reis seems to play 90 mins every game.
Anyone watch any La Liga and seen his performances?
Agreed. Guardiola has notably mentioned him a few times in press conferences over the season, so he’s clearly still in his thinking.Yes, a few times including against couple of the big boys. True.....but you could judge, that currently, he isn't 'good enough' to play regularly (hardly at all) in one of the better Championship teams ;)We need minutes as well as appearances to judge, as playing 15 minutes in every match would count as more appearances than playing a full 90 every other match.
I don't really trust the judgement of many managers of young loan players though. JSP was deemed not good enough to play any minutes in the Scottish league but is now playing for a mid table in the bundesliga. Nypan was playing under Rob Evans, the new manager might just not fancy him. Though it's pointless him staying there, better trying to find somewhere else for him.True.....but you could judge, that currently, he isn't 'good enough' to play regularly (hardly at all) in one of the better Championship teams ;)
disaster of a loanNypan with Boro 21s now
Shit news - hope he has a good recoverySo Mubama is out for the season apparently, with a broken leg.
Thats a pity.So Mubama is out for the season apparently, with a broken leg.
They've won something like 9 on the spin. They're top and flying.Doesn’t look like Lakyle Samuel is having a great loan spell either, only 4 league appearances so far for Bromley. I always thought he was very underrated for the EDS so it’s a shame that he’s struggling.
I haven't seen him play for Boro....but not trusting a manager because he doesn't pick him is daft.....maybe the 'new manager' is a better manager/coach and playing him less is the right decision?I don't really trust the judgement of many managers of young loan players though.
