Agreed, I personally think right back is where he should be playing, if no Nunes. You can get away with it a bit more there and his pace will get him out of bother.

I've been impressed with how quickly he's been at showing more restraint and not selling himself quite so often. That needs to continue.

Definitely needs to work on his positioning though, he gets tunnel vision whenever his is forced out of position (which at the minute is everytime we dont have the ball) he'll chase down a ball without being aware of his surroundings and leave wide open gaps behind him.

I dont want him being a front-footed defender, let the guys around him do that, he just needs to be the one who covers and acts as the sweeper, that's what best utilises his best attributes. Stick Nunes and Guehi either side of him and we'll see a better version of him i suspect.

I have noticed, I think he's overrated on here to be honest.

I know he's young and has time to learn but right now as you say, he isn't ready, he's miles off of it.
