The last section is haunting.

When it comes to it I think I would probably comply and live with the shame, rather than risk the hurt of doing the right thing.

What started out as a Gaza Peace plan has somehow morphed into him being head of a world body (replacing the UN) from which he cannot be voted off.
If the likes of China and Russia get fully on board they can control, by threats, any country they want.

They used to make movies like this and James Bond saved the day. We need him now.

That's why Europe aren't involved and likely why Japan wasn't invited. It's the oil countries, and some dictators who need external support.
My understanding is the $1 bn is for permanent membership, and it's not up at the moment.
They have no global mandate, and won't be recognised as an international organisation. It seems largely to be a way for Global Dictator Inc to go and use US military power to impose their own leader.

Jared's awful 'New Gaza' needs serious cash, and this is a vehicle for a trial run at that.
