Reform 2025 Limited new name same business

If it was a straight shoot out between Green and Reform in a GE, I wonder who would win? I’d like to think Green, but I can’t be sure.
If it came to that we might as well just have a civil war and probably end up just like the USA! Whatever happened to compromise and politicians governing for the whole country rather than their own ideology. Everyone just seems to want their own way and only their own way.

I think the problem the Greens have is what would happen if they won the GE.

No one with any experience for government positions.

Reform have for one reason or another partly addressed that with some 'names'.

The Greens who may well get my vote whether is a vote of choice or to keep others out have a leader and I'm unable name nobody past there, which may not in itself be a bad thing but, it's hard to see any experience within them should they have any sort of power after the next election.

Looking at the recent defectors to Reform I’m not sure experience in government is a good thing!

Don’t think they need worry about winning a GE outright, what they may need to think about is who they would consider going into coalition with, obviously tories / reform wouldn’t be considered. They do have as a party experience of coalition and will be open to it,with a fair few years working with the SNP in Scotland.

Ideologies aside, I think there's more chance of Polanski reaching out to everyone than Farage to be honest.

The greens would be an interesting one to win in Gorton. Double edged sword for them as it would bring policy scrutiny but a benefit would be it would show they can win and attract other candidates.

An election with 4-5 viable parties (depending on your leanings) would be an interesting shakeup of the stale version of democracy we are used to.

The price of coalition would be reform to the voting system too which would be very beneficial in the long run.

Do you think is this principally because of immigration?
Yes I think so. That and people believing they say rather than look at manifestos or the political history of certain people.

I also think there are people who vote a certain way because they like to wind others up.

The way I feel now I will go labour purely to keep Reform out.

so Reform think Mayors and councillors get the power to stop the boats and directly hire individual bus drivers

It's the faux 'patriotism' that gets me.

Does anyone seriously believe that Farage loves the UK? Do me a favour!
Millions do, sadly.

My own view is he's a very dangerous and unpatriotic back seat politician that's been very effective in giving Putin exactly what he wants, and he's made numerous appearances on RT Today rubbishing the UK and the EU while praising Putin as the leader he most admires.
