I keep seeing a lot of people posting AI responses as though it's an instant factual response when all these AI systems are doing is running an algorithm to summaries various news stories.
These summaries aren't always correct either. I've seen it before where I've searched 'company name' + 'money laundering' and the AI search came back saying the company had been linked to money laundering. When I clicked the source link it was a page from the company's own website talking about the dangers of money laundering.
I've also seen it where the source was a random guy's youtube video.
In short - these AI summaries aren't perfect and are only as good as the pages they're gathering data from. They're not a magic lamp of information.
