The Green Party

It gets pretty tiresome to hear from other parties how 'The Green Party would be a disaster' after decades of crap governments.

The world is going to shit, I know lets try the same ideas and hope for a different result.
That’s the same argument Reform voters use. Either of those parties would be catastrophic.

Tackling inequality through tax is not polarising unless you are a billionaire.

The legalisation of drugs is not polarising unless you are a dealer or are happy with a failed status-quo that sees dealers making enormous profits while their users are forced into crime to pay for their addiction.

Nationalising utilities is not polarising unless you are receiving dividends while your investment's 'losses' are topped up by the taxpayer. Otherwise, be happy with shit in the seas and soaring prices.

Have you read the Green Party manifesto?
Their net zero policy at any cost (which is the whole point of their existence) discounts all of the above.

if you think we can afford it then you are welcome to pay for it. Remind me why my bills are subsidising net zero.
Is that it? Seriously, just bills?
Climate change is one of the planet's greatest threats.
Not only is it a threat to our way of life, it will lead to parts of the world becoming uninhabitable, which will increase levels of migration to countries more able to withstand change.
Based on your words, I am dubious as to whether you have actually read the Green manifesto on such matters:

And what about all those people who fall into neither of those categories who the Greens are attracting?

Saying it's an absolute car crash waiting to happen is straw-clutching in the extreme and smacks of a Reform supporter who is seeing their chances of taking Gorton and Denton slipping away from them. I mean, if the Greens are a car crash waiting to happen then what the fuck are Reform?
We’re all fucked no matter who gets in power.

You can't reason with stupid, mate. Don't lower yourself.

if you just want it to get there a bit quicker voting for the loonies is the right way to go.
I haven't heard why they're loonies yet.

Meanwhile 14 years of austerity, Brexit, foreign interference, inequality, supporting genocide...the list goes on.

.... and our 1% contribution to climate change is not going to make any noticeable difference whatsoever.

Especially when we export out carbon creation to India and China and the US.... then utilise loads of fossil fuel to import the goods... all at a great cost to ourselves. Need to focus on the mass polluters to lead the way.

Zack "I can make your tits grow bigger" seriously. FFS his name is Dave.

And no you're correct I'm not too inclined to read the Green manifesto
