No denying its a piss poor turnout. There are fair, legitimate reasons that contributed to it without fully excusing it. namely the shitshow with ticketing which is majorly putting people off.
pricing is never cheap, it's always right on the cusp of what they think they can squeeze out of us.
with us approaching 25 visits to wembley under Pep alone and never even having had any subsidized travel, it's a bloody expensive habit and so now People understandably skip semi-finals to get a headstart on saving for a final. That's why we now always have low turnout for an FA Cup semi-final and its entirely understandable.
These teams that reach wembley for the first time in their lifetime have absolutely no perspective on what it's like going there nearly 3 times a season, every season. some of these fans that criticise get bored if they get a team in the cup they've recently played and don't bother with both. now imagine getting that team in both cups and the ticket prices are a minimum 4-5times the usual cost. Then imagine having that scenario every season on repeat for a decade. Isn't a set of fanbase in thr world that wouldnt see a major drop off in appetite to attend if they were in our situation.
