Sir Keir Starmer

Starmer on the rack right now giving a TV statement currently being broadcast on BBC/SKY.
Mandy is a lying, treacherous evil genius who fooled them all it seems including this son of a tool maker.
(this speech written by Mandy's homonculus McSweeney btw)

Honesty in government Starmer giving us all a lecture on “British Values” Palestine Action, Islamophobia and antisemitism he comes across as insincere “walk forward together”

On Mandelson he regrets his decision Rigby virtually asked him “to step down”, these PMs once they get the job cling on to it.

Ok mandy is clearly a slippery old bugger. Maybe he did fool the tool makers son in this occasion, even though starmer was a too level QC. Youd think he’d spot a liar a mile off.

But with madelsons track record, what the fuck was he thinking giving him the gig in the first place?
And whys he now surprised that a man who is up to his neck in previous shite has returned to form

Serious error of judgement

see ya

Starmer was Corbyn's deputy and he was therefore always associated with the socialist left. Members were sour after Corbyn and the socialist members were axed. He then needed new influence which became the Blairite/centrist vote within the party, Miliband, Kendall, Cooper etc. Mandelson was some part of buying that influence.

It was a critical error but then there was nobody else within Labour who would have done any differently. Starmer only won because of the implosive split of the right and he otherwise had no allies. His mandate is thin and Labour is a very split ship and had it not been Starmer then it would of been somebody else in the exact same position.

This seems like the self-destruction of Starmer but it's ultimately just reflective of the non-existent mandate that has existed since Labour were elected. It is reflected fully in the polls and today it does not matter if Starmer stays or goes because they cannot win the next election.

No true majority elected this government and a miniscule minority elected the Tories in opposition. It's like Burnley and Wolves arguing about which of them is going to win the league this year. That is the true disservice, we don't need rid of Starmer, we need an election.

The main appetite for some in Labour is purely to get somebody like Burnham in because this is the only chance that they'll ever get to parachute a socialist PM into power at a time when they otherwise stand no chance of winning.

I've been a labour voter most of my life, but by God this government is truly a shit show. It is one embarrassment after another. Kier must know there is physically no chance he will win the next election, the public despise him, the labour party don't like him and businesses think he is useless.

So by what metric does him dragging this out any longer help anyone?

I personally have a recruitment company that works within the hospitality sector, him and Reeves have completely destroyed the high street and any semblance of community spirit we once had.

On Mandy, the one thing Starmer had was he had a good eye for being good and proper, with this latest debacle even that is clearly untrue.

Watched Peston last night and he was interviewing Badenoch in her Westminster office about Starmer and a rat scurried along the skirting board looking suspiciously like Mandelson except it wasn’t wearing white y fronts

Why the fuck should I be banned. Anybody who even contemplates voting Green needs to seriously look at themselves.
Why? Would you today vote Tory, Labour or Reform? The current government is on its arse, the Tories had their chance and were awful and Reform are a bunch of corrupt lying twats.

I think looking at the Greens is actually a sane option because I disagree with a lot but I do find myself agreeing with a lot too. Are they a punt? Yep, but they're as much of a point as any other at the moment.

I think we're past looking at the Greens or Reform as a protest vote because they are polling very well and could in theory stand a good chance. This is happening because the two main parties are utterly useless and so it's a good argument to say anybody looking to vote for the two main parties should seriously look at themselves.

I'm late to the cause but PR seems the only viable option for the future. The country is splitting itself into eight never mind two and everybody needs to feel and believe that their opinions are represented fairly.

I agree.

And to add more to this the Greens are polling 1% less than the Tories, 2% less than Labour and 3% more than the Lib Dems.

The two words holy shit come to mind.
