Thing is if Pawson had just played the additional 7 minutes instead of ‘finding’ another2 minutes and blown when he should have done then there would have been no VAR issue. The cheating twat.
 
What a fucking battling performance that was. Everyone knows we can play beautiful football but we’ve been lacking in fight in some games recently but not today. The front three could’ve improved their work rate but by fuck the midfield and defence worked hard.

What a player Guehi is by the way. We’ve signed a Rolls Royce. Guehi, Gvardiol, Dias and Khusanov, what a collection of CB’s that is.

Bernardo is more of a leader than the older legends (2012-2019), Kompany aside. And more of a big game player.
 
Great performance first half, no so great second, but the magnificent Bernardo Silva dragged us back from the dead.

Donnarumma - there are no words to describe just hiw important that save was.

Much improved performance, three points, and still breathing down Arsenal's neck. A great day. Well done Blues!
 
It’s been a while since my kitchen has had shouts that wild for a city goal. Christ that pen had me right on the edge, that third goal just released a tonne of emotion, typical VAR to disallow and kill the emotion of football.

Really good first half, not great second half till they scored (though they didn’t really hurt us too much) and then we finally showed some character and class.

100%. What they miss in the mentality talk is that City is about winning. Not about playing for or being happy with draw. Nobody celebrated. They knew they needed another. Hope this is catalyst for big run against easier schedule coming up. Just beat Fulham and we can get a break.
