Media discussion - 2025/26

Just watched the match highlights on the BBC site, about 10 mins long. Considering we had 11 shots on goal in the first half, which is the most any team has had there for decades, somehow the good old beeb have managed to show about 2 shots in total, before switching to what looks like a scouse onslaught in the second half. When you consider that will be the only way many people will see any of the game, makes you realise how the media can shape people's opinions without even knowing it
Yes . I noticed that too . Made it look as if we were lucky

Sky sports doing their best to rim the scousers and make them seem unlucky by trawling through footage from yesterday suggesting liverpool should have had a penalty for Rodri tackle, in UNSEEN FOOTAGE.

Absolutely weird and pathetic from them, should be used to their nonsense, but lower and lower they go!
Although how, “that looks like a pretty good tackle to us” is suggesting Liverpool should have had a penalty, I’m not sure.

I made the mistake of clicking on it for this "unseen footage", imagine my surprise when it shows exactly the same as all of the other footage already shown i.e. it was an excellent tackle.

Even Chiesa's team mates just looked at the diving git and ran away.

They always have to try amd find an angle to say that they are the victims of some kind of injustice.
It's in their DNA
