Uefa competitions play offs now at end of February. Last years final was 16 March. Congested football calendar and all that!

Uefa competitions play offs now at end of February. Last years final was 16 March. Congested football calendar and all that!

It’s not so much the playoff rounds (they’re played on dates that have always been used for UEFA competitions) but the newly introduced final two games of the league phase being played in January.
That means that the Carabao SF second legs aren’t played until three weeks later than used to be the case so the final gets pushed back accordingly.
