The ‘Give it some welly’ formation. Not sure that would work in the PL anymore!
Bring back the WM formation.

With a little more finesse, I hope. The ‘Give it some welly’ formation.
Difference is is that Pep won’t be in the directors box for every game and we have a director of football. The problem we have is no one is as good as pep he's a one off the next guy is going to be in a difficult position from day one all the focus will be on him, unfortunately it will be a similar situation to when the old **** left the rags whoever it is he will need to start winning very quickly.
It will be the hardest job in the world following the bauld one.The problem we have is no one is as good as pep he's a one off the next guy is going to be in a difficult position from day one all the focus will be on him, unfortunately it will be a similar situation to when the old **** left the rags whoever it is he will need to start winning very quickly.
What do you mean by “the entire new Bayern project”
He’s a good manager, although my Chelsea supporting colleague is happier with the football played under Rosenior, which is a concern.Enzo Maresca lol. Dark days ahead.
No reason to think he won't.I think pep should stay one more season and complete this build up before handing it over to next manager
Unfortunately there is obviously a reason and we all know what it is. Its the exact reason they making the contingency plan with Maresca and others for - verdict on charges. If its going the wrong way and punishment is going the wrong way (like lets say relegation or -20 points for 3 seasons etc.), then Pep is arguably and understandably gone.No reason to think he won't.

Yes we can all invent reasons why he might not, but there isn't a reason to think he won't be here next season.Unfortunately there is obviously a reason and we all know what it is. It all depends on the personnel mate. One day but IMHO he's not a City-calibre manager yet. His tactics were very naive against us at the Emirates. Unless he comes in for a year under Pep to hone his tactical nous a bit.
Winning the Bundesliga when you are by far the best team isn't the same as winning niggly games at Newcastle etc.
It's got to be Luis Enrique for me.
