Im sure it’s specialised floorpaint for high traffic areas ! But sadly will need repairs every couple of years to keep it looking good , a bit like painting the forth rail bridge !Be better for longevity just going for black tarmac everywhere

I`m happy for the most cost effective way that just makes the exterior around the stadium look smart?
 
For one of the ricest clubs in the world, and I get there is large scale construction in progress but the perimeter surface is embarassing. I spent more time skipping puddles on Saturday. Needs sorting when North Stand is finished.

Absolutely outstanding beer! Very citrus-y, hoppy and very full bodied. Lovely initial taste and really good aftertaste. Fruity as anything, a 5/5 for sure.

4 for 3 at Asda.

City should sell it on draught in the new North stand. It would go down a storm. Everyone would get leathered as well.

There is also bits of what looks like stripey green felt at points once you get to the end of JMW….whats that all about!? The whole lot looks like a poor children’s playground.

Could do with a new surface to match whatever the new City Square has so that it all bleeds together well.

Having blue floor lights either side of the path every metre or so would look great for night games as well.
 
I will be shocked if the club leaves Joe Mercer Way as it is, whilst resurfacing, paving, refurbishing, landscaping, planting, and putting new street furniture around the North stand and the hotel.

If they just resurfaced at the back of the North stand rather than all the way around that would look weird but better than nothing.

As of when they submitted the planning it looks like it’s only around the new stand
