Seat Counters 25/26

Kick off time , weather , and additional traffic due to concert at the co-op arena will be challenging for our fans , still expect a good turn out but the media will be in force looking for empty seats , they usually take the images five minutes before half time when a lot of fans are getting a pint or a pie , or five minutes after half time when the pie has been digested , media wankers.
Never usually leave before full time but i am out on the lash later and valuable drinking time will be required so if were a few goals up with ten minutes to go , its adios amigo's :)

Last night was a victory for real fans over the influencers, who wanted seats left empty.

It was a good atmosphere too and the players enjoyed it.
I've still seen comments online about it being "Half Empty" and "More atmosphere on the moon", which basically just shows us that we'll get ridiculed for atmosphere no matter how loud it is in the ground.

A few posters have said they dislike us -and it wouldn’t matter if every seat was full and the atmosphere was like an Old Firm game. I tend to agree.

We need a lively crowd and a good atmosphere for our own benefit and to make It more uncomfortable for the haters

Because that is the online world. People make stuff up about everything. Even the President of one of the largest countries in the world.

Not aimed at you but sadly some struggle to ignore it and separate it from reality and they give these idiots oxygen/traction to carry on their nonsense. One sad individual posts it and then 100s/1000s make it relevant by reposting it/responding to it etc.

Also a lot of it is just crap bants and part of being a top club who people have little to dig at. Back when we were crap we used to dig at United fans about having no fans in Manchester.

I would not waste your time viewing it.

These tickets have already been sold. They are returns because of the late kick off and likely transport chaos. The club will still get paid for the tickets. This happens every match when some people call off at the last minute.
Upwards of £92 for a ticket is a fucking joke and the reason they weren't sold again.

Like I said City need to wake the fuck up

Price of success
Long may it continue which will mean were still being successful and boiling piss. CTID

They've flown through the criteria again, well done City. They seem to be learning. I think these will sell easily and we will need the extra 2000 that I hope they give us.
I admire your confidence, and and hope you're right. I'm slightly more apprehensive with it being 8pm, rekon we'll still sell the initial allocation, but not completely confident about another 2000.

Hopefully I'm wrong though, it was only 2 years ago that we took 9,000 to spurs on a Friday night after all.

Would be cool if the club put some coaches on. Trains are looking bleak !

I do fancy taking the nephew for his 2nd ever away game.
That's a great idea.
To me, the Club needs to rebuild bridges with the fans.
An extra 2,000 fans would help make it a great occasion.
Any fans who attended when City won the League there in 1967, should get free travel...

What level do the expert seat counters think Newcastle Away will go down to?

Newcastle United are currently liaising with the Safety Advisory Group and the relevant local authorities. Subject to the outcome of these discussions, the initial allocation of 4893 away tickets may be increased. Further details will be communicated as soon as possible.
