I do intermittent fasting.
On Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, I have breakfast dinner and tea.
On Tuesdays I eat only breakfast, on Wednesdays I eat only dinner and on Thursdays I eat only tea.
On Fridays I don’t eat at all, so go from Thursday teatime to Saturday breakfast without food.
And I do this as a lifestyle.
It actually makes you feel like you have more energy, not less.
But that wasn’t really my point. It was the whole performance of the thing, with a message on the screen and cued up notes from the commentator announcing it to the viewers like it was a stage show.
