Yes, the PL introduced it in 2021.Since 2021 ?
Never noticed which probably tells you a lot about the views of Leeds fans and the state of the country as well. This has been happening with evening games during Ramadan for a few years now, and a water break has to happen in both halves or not at all.
Arsenal’s keeper says “hello”Not sure why the game has to stop,.Just throw them a bottle when there's a natural break in play. Eg.when there's an injury. There's soneine rolling around like theyve been ahot every 5 mins in the modern game.
What was your problem with it?I had a problem with it. Pep spoke and I didnt. Amazing that.
I do feel we took it a little too far tbh.The vitriol against the pause to breakfast is shameful.

Leeds fans BOO as Man City clash is briefly halted due to Ramadan
JACK GAUGHAN: Leeds United supporters jeered en masse as three Manchester City players observed the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.www.dailymail.co.uk
Some of the comments are so stupid.
Sad that people are so unsympathetic.
Thoughts ?

That’s a fair and sensible comment. It was the right thing to do for player welfare but it did feel like a bit of a performance in the stadium. But, as some have said, not as annoying as Arsenal’s relentless fake time-outs.This is probably where I am. I’m no fan of Islam, I don’t want it’s ideology becoming a central theme in our lives in this country, but I am a fan of Cherki, RAN, Marmoush etc. and they needed a drink, Leeds agreed to it, so get on with it.
Ultimately two of them, not long after, did a lovely bit of play to get us the winner so purely from that view, it’s a positive from my perspective.
Stupid to disrespect peoples faith and religion like that.Felt a bit performative with the purposeful stoppage of play and putting it on the screen. ‘Ooh look at us, we observe some bollocks for some made up spaghetti armed jelly man who lives behind the Moon’… as silly as Brazilians always wearing t-shirts telling us all that they ‘Belong to Jesus’.
Ramadan breakfast isn’t a stage performance that football needs to stop for. Just sling them a drink when someone goes down injured and don’t make such a big deal out of it.
PED's in the water. Charge incomingThis is probably where I am. I’m no fan of Islam, I don’t want it’s ideology becoming a central theme in our lives in this country, but I am a fan of Cherki, RAN, Marmoush etc. and they needed a drink, Leeds agreed to it, so get on with it.

Well I like to think people are allowed their views on here. It's a forum for a discussion isn't it? Not an echo chamber.
A racist basicallyYou have to be a right fucking miserable **** to complain about it.
Yep, they always stereotype a group of people because of a few bad apples.Maybe Leeds fans, like Burnley fans, are just a bunch of old-fashioned racists.
