Xmas do at home 1977 without parents knowing one of them party 7’s
8yrs old. Drank half a pint of my dad's homebrew - which he offered to me. Didn't end well!
Went to bed, got up cos the room was spinning, started hugging my dad's legs (I was tiny compared to him), crying at the state I was in. Dad was laughing.Haha he definitely used you as a guinea pig

It was a rock club. Different music nights through the week. Southern Rock Mondays, Pschedlic Rock Weds, Heavy Rock Fri/Sat if my memory serves. The Phoenix , University Precinct, Oxford Road ......
It was full of weirdos, so despite only being about 17, I felt quite comfortable, lol !

If we’re talking home, not just pubs, I think I was 11 when my dad gave me a can of Mackeson Stout. Vile. Not actually a pint but my dad introduced me to San Miguel in Lloret de Mar in 1974, I was 11.
