Good dribbler and carries the ball well. Has the ability to beat 2 men at speed but always seems to want to beat the 3rd when he should lay it off. Played well tonight and stopped Mbappe on the break at pace.

The guy can't defend prefer ake there at least he is good one v one.
If Ake can even catch the guy to force the one v one situation. As much as I love Ake, he's spent most of the season either injured or hopelessly chasing after wingers he can't keep up with anymore.

You mean "leave out" ?
One of his biggest flaws is that he's technically gifted, very skillful with the ball, capable of beating one, then two players, but always with one too many dribbles that lead to losing possession. This is the point he absolutely must eliminate: his over-enthusiasm when dribbling.

Couldn’t have said it better. Whenever I watch him I’m left with the impression of someone who likes more being silky and smooth on the ball than being effective. He knows he’s technical and seems to always want to show it off. With that said I like him overall.

Not a left back in a billion years. Lightweight and you can see his instinct lies in attack, not defence.
Technically exquisite, likes running at players, deft of touch, good vision.
Not sure how he’s ever ended up at LB.
I’d be interested to see him in the 10. Think it suits his profile much better.

He links up really well with Cherki, which is no surprise as theyre the best two technical players in the squad

With the exception of Nico G and Rjeiders, all our recent recruits (Khusanov, Guehi, RAN, Semenyo, Cherki etc) all had a run out today and performed well
Stylistically. He is more of a tiki taka fir. More so than Haaland, Doku, Semenyo, Marmoush, Savio to name a recent few. BTW, i think Nico G and Reijnders are 2 of the Pep type players in recent years. Even if they both aren't firing or being played at present.
That said, I was not suggesting the non Pep players weren't fantastic or good, but rather, they were antithetical to what historically were Pep type players.

He couldn’t find his proper position on the pitch with a GPS, compass and a map. You can find him anywhere but in the LB position. I’m not having him at all. He might have been too good for Wolves but he’s not good enough for us.
