Doesn’t matter though. That was a mega second half. Posh Stoke are no match for City and Etihad South. Hopefully we can get back for the FA cup too. Need to use this and finish the season how only we know how. Just don’t know how that will affect the bottlers. Cmon City!!!!

VAR cleared it annoying quickly.

I'm convinced Trafford wouldn't have been shown the same leniency at the other end had it been roles reversed.
 
Anybody notice how the ref fucked their diving off? Gave them everything but was getting too on top.

Turned into a good game once the Stoke’esque antics were curtailed.

Fucking buzzing. This is for Cherki, for Semenyo, for O'Reilly, for Khusanov, for Nunes...for all those guys new to these standards and this level. It was a HUGE statement win. They were the platform for a phenomenal win. It was beautifully poetic after this season's performances that it was a second half display of incredible composure and skill that won us the game. Huge growth from the entire side. So much talent, self-belief and ability on show - ability that reminded Arsenal exactly who they are, what they lack and exactly who is coming for them again. Arsenal might win the league this year, but I promise you they won't be expecting to win it again next season. There's obviously huge potential for this City side. They're better than Arsenal. The winning mentality is there. The new guys want it. They've learned from Bernardo, Ake, Haalamd, Rodri and co. They get what it takes. We will be back blues! Have faith, and most importantly have a drink and celebrate. CTID x
