Seat Counters 25/26

A similar streamlined sales process to the League Cup final will see us take a huge following to Wembley, again. The League Cup final was a gods experience and we have approximately 150k match day members.

I know suggestions of 4 tickets from the start are well intended but they are effectively a tout’s charter. We want our end to be full of Blues.
That's exactly what it will be,due to the short selling time.
What they could allow is juniors could be pulled through at anytime irrespective of whether they are a season ticket holder on,or not on, the cup scheme or a member as long as the adult meets the criteria

Yes the pull through idea would work

This is true.
My boy (13yrs) has lost count now alrrady how many times we have been.
I agree with many mate that neutral venues would be amazing but my take is this. We literally have no idea when it will be our last time, through health, through relegation(115 .:-) etc so make hay I say. When I am long gone what a ride we have been on pal and my kids will have memories that the majority of football fans will NEVER have or experience. So for anyone unsure about going or not, if you can and you want to dont put it off. My grandad a wise old man said to me 'dont ever put off doing what you can today for another day as it may never happen'.

Yes its shit trapsing to wembley for a semi we all know that, but I will be there as per normal.
We are in the final days of Pep. You can’t afford to miss any of these moments. This has been the greatest era by any club with the greatest manager. No club will ever again get 100 points, win the title like we did in 2012, win four in a row, or score 100 plus goals a season for a decade. We need to relish all of it.

Ive missed last 3 finals with my lad, due to funds, said to myself never again so smashing my 2nd 3rd Job to pay for hopefully 2 more trips plus him and me at Chelsea, when im gone i wanna leave him there following the blues
Well said. Money is a factor for most of us and always will be but these sort of moments are priceless. Total respect to you.

I ca t understand the minority of Blues on here who want a chunk of our tickets to be sold to away fans.
It’s not an issue with Southampton though and any neutrals who turn up will be there to watch Haaland. He has a huge personal following now. Probably third behind the Messi and Ronaldo followers. City should fill their boots with this opportunity.

Great stuff mate.

I've not missed a single FA Cup Final at the new Wembley but I will this year if we get there because we booked our annual lads jolly last summer for this year and we're going away to Portugal the same weekend as the final - flying out Friday and home the following Tuesday.

That said, last night I was looking at flights from Faro to London on the day of the final and they were dirt cheap so if we do get through against Saints I might be tempted to do an in and out job ;)

You know deep down it’s got to be done. It may be Pep’s Wembley swansong. Sky scanner is calling you!

Southampton will have a firm like virtually every club in the Football League. I’m not expecting any trouble but limited restrictions are helpful. Some of the restrictions City have used in recent months have been attended one game at the Etihad. Anyone claiming to be a blue should be able to meet this criteria level.

The only firm I have heard about from Southampton is the Yacht Club!

I think there’s every chance of a 3pm kick off for the Saturday semi-final.
Arsenal play at 5.30 on Sat on tv - I’m sure it was picked with full expectation that they would be at Wembley - with the Sunday scheduled Prem tv games being City early and Chelsea in the 4.30 slot.
Tv companies and their advertisers do not want their investment watered down by two games at the same time. The Prem game tickets are already on sale so having the semi kick off at 3pm makes perfect sense.
Obviously this is only a guess using the old “follow the money” rule.
City are also most likely to be the Saturday fixture.
So …

Sunday 6pm kick off incoming ;-)

Loads of London games on Saturday so police maybe needed more on Sunday for Leeds Chelsea
