Seat Counters 25/26

Just bought 3 tickets. There were just over 2000 in the queue at 10am.
LOADS of £70 and over left.
Still a lot of £45 tickets behind the goals if you want a group of tix together.

I still think the busier window will be this afternoon when members can buy extras
I agree but this window still very quiet so not many in at this window to buy the extra +2? Reading the thread when criteria
announced it seemed to be a very significant change and would
make significant impact on total numbers sold. The later window may have more impact but I'm not sure will be that substantial?
I'm in already but think it's going to be very quiet day with just the Top Tier safe standing cheapest all sold out in blocks not greyed out but with tons of £70 lower tier still unsold in blocks still available..

Season ticket holder but was holding on until 10am today to buy tickets for family members.

Was in the queue bang on 10am and waited around 8mins to get through.

Blocks 501-503/4 greyed out so not available for sale. Was looking for £45 tickets along the side but nothing doing, it seems to be only the back few rows that are priced at £45, so the coloured ticketing map is somewhat misleading in that regard. Plenty of £70 tickets available. Obviously everyone is going for the cheaper ones first, which is understandable.

Managed to get three x £45 tickets towards the front of one of the corner blocks.

Come on you Blues.

Yeah, sales have been slower than I expected. Members do a lot of heavy lifting for these semi-finals as many ST holders tend to swerve them so we'll have to see what the 1pm window brings. Who knows how many members are holding back and waiting to buy extras? Either way, there's a lot still to shift

Not so sure about that. Use ST holders can be a bit jaded with Wembley (I am going but waited until today to buy the additional 2).
There are loads of members who wont have been to Wembley and might know other people who would like to go and are waiting.
Being realistic, for them it could well be the last chance to go to a match this season, unless they got an Etihad ticket.
There are also a lot of City fans in and around Wembley for who the 5:15 KO time is not an issue.
Anyway - time will tell.
They can always open sale it.

Watched a Southampton pod and they were made up claiming City wouldn't bring many down to Wembley. They beat Blackburn last night in front of only 25,000, despite being just 3 points behind Ipswich for automatic promotion. Ipswich lost to relegation threatened Portsmouth.
After last nights results, given they play Ipswich on the Tuesday after the SF, I very much doubt it’ll be anything like their strongest team at Wembley…

203 cheap seats left, unless they open more blocks.
People have finally woken up,to the Wembley rip off and are only looking for the cheap tickets.
This could be one of the lowest semi final attendances unles Southampton sell all their allocation.

Bought two on my seasons tickets yesterday and just got a third for my lad who is a member, all in 516 at £45 each.

Hoping I get in this time as three of us didn't v Arsenal as our tickets were blocked and with not having picture ID and knowing Wembley's ticket office from past experience we watched in a Sth Kenton pub.

Really hope they don't block others for this game, sure its unlikely, the ticket office at Wembley is a disaster pre match, in 2022 v Liverpool I was still there at HT.

Absolutely agree about opening up all blocks. Why do they "grey out" loads of blocks, preventing fans from buying seats anywhere they like? I bought seats yesterday in a different area, when I wanted them in the same block as we sat in for the League Cup Final - which was one of the greyed out blocks. What's the logic behind this?
2 Possibilities

1) the club have to pay for all the allocation they take - sold or not.

2) The FA don't want empty blocks, so they're on hold in case Southampton want to take them

The high points holders know the best value tickets are at the bottom of the safe standing. Plus we make more noise than the lower level!

it's wrong they don't open the cheap seats all over and let fans at them. The pricing is disgraceful, i always want City to travel in our droves, but when concession tickets, are 60/80/100/130 how can any criticise people for not going.

The club don't do anything at all to help, 4 years ago they laid on travel for Liverpool, now nothing.

People keep saying open the sales criteria further.
What other criteria can they put up.
If people wanted to go,they would have bought by now.
Apathy and costs have finally caught up,the same people cannot keep going to the well,if it's empty.
