TV Series

Just finished the new 4 part series of Malcolm in the middle, just as funny as the original and with all the original cast apart from one

Capture s3. Close to being really good but just the usual rabbit holes and extremely stupid plots let it down. Still enjoyed it to a point but never really hit the heights I hoped.

It's a real head fuck at the end and does some strange stupidity in the last 2 episodes. Typically setting up for another series but I thought the conclusion of the series was odd. Talk about overloading with curveballs! On a separate note, was a few seats away from Holliday Grainger and her family on a train the other day.

Okay, that's fair, but what do you know about anyone, really? Usually there's 2 to 3 core characters we know something about. Here? Nothing.

So, as I was thinking about this the other day, but didn't post, is that supposed to be the design? As we walk into a hospital, the staff are just buzzing about and we don't know who they are.

If that's the case, why does the show reveal any snippet of the characters lives at all?

I just think it doesn't know what it wants to be.

It's actually pretty boring to see your constant complaint's

Watched all of the latest series of Love on the Spectrum this weekend (the American one).

It's incredibly uplifting in a world that falls very short at the moment.

Just to underline my point, there seems to be a bit of online backlash about the show's focus. I knew it wasn't just me, but it seems there are fans having a pop at Noah Wyle not giving enough focus on other characters, but centring on his own.

This is why I said the balance of 'ER' was better.

Great series Atlantis and universe also good. It’s getting a reboot as well.
SGU needs bringing back, ASAP!

Absolutely luv the way it chronicles n delves into the theoretical nuanced fields of Quantum entanglement, wave mechanics, particle singularity/duality n all that good stuff :-)

That moment Eli got beamed up to the George Hammond after O'Neill n Rush knocked on his front door was fuckin hilarious, as was him pulling out his cell-phone n wanting to call his mom ...can't beat opening scenes like that! (classic)
