It’s City, what do you expect mate? :-)No link to tickets on the test event article.
No clear link of the main tickets site.
Haha.
I think this will be planned for the official opening once it's finished before the start of the new seasonI’m assuming wrongly or rightly the football media will be invited to have a look around the stand before the test event to show City fans and the football world what it looks like?

You do have to wonder who organises and runs these events via the OS.
Maybe they think sending an email with a link is enough?
I think that'll be a case of just turn up although I also expect more will be released next week with details of Villa pricingDoes anyone know how to book parking?
I think its reasonable to talk about it when City are putting test events on for 7000 seats when we need 9000 to hit the 62k previously mentioned.
What's publicly available suggests its no longer 62k - I'm just backing that up with what I can see elsewhere.
No my point relates to the full opening.Relative to the one game, sure. As a whole stadium capacity longer term, I'd disagree.
Doubt the published and approved capacity is wrong, and yes it includes hospitality etc which won't be part of this match, but that's what it will ultimately be.
If I have however misunderstood your point and you were only relating it to the villa game, my apologies.

I see no reason why drawings with detailed capacities, specific seat types etc issued in the last year would be wrong.
One even details the amount of seats removed at the end of last season (447) which included the corner seats above NS2 to the side if the screens.
I believe you. I do.
I havent seen that, all I can go is by what is out in public, so I'll continue calling it a 62k stadium, as approved and published. And I'll keep in mind that the reality is likely closer to 60k as you say. The actual north stand addtion is closer to 8000 than 7000.
Ball-park percentage wise though, small potstoes, at that scale. It is not like we are talking tens of thousands of seats of a difference, so within 2k here and there, it's fine either way imo.
Agreed. However we don’t want to end up with a smaller stadium than the dippers and tarquins.I believe you. I do.

Are not the initial invites exclusively for ST members? Perhaps they're given a small window to get their tickets first, then dependant on numbers taken up they'll widen the net? It’s City, what do you expect mate? :-)
