North Stand expansion | Trial Event - Wed 20th May (p110)

If this test event is successful when will the additional 7k tickets go on sale? It's only 3 days before the villa game. If god forbid we're not in the title race or the title is looking unlikely is everyone sure we're gonna fill it? I hope someone at the club has thought this through.

I think we will be OK. If we can’t fill the stand for the final game of the season with two of our greatest players - Bernado and John Stones - leaving, we probably shouldn’t have built the stand in the first place.

Some of us who are daft enough to spend a fair chunk of our time trying to expand City’s fanbase will be encouraging Blues to fill those seats and have standby lists of match day members, ready to go the Club, if help is needed to boost sales. Hopefully, there is enough demand that the tickets can be sold off the website.

We are hoping to get tickets for the last game now that it looks like more will be available!

I have just booked my test event ticket and encouraged members of my OSC Branch to attend.

I might even buy Sir John a pint if he stops moaning. I have awarded the knighthood for service to season card price freezes.

Best of luck lads.

If you are. In an OSC Branch please notify your ticket sec that you are looking for tickets vs Villa. It may or may not help but it’s wprth increasing your chances. Getting to the test event could help your chances too.

There are hundreds of schools in Greater Manchester. Lots of charity organisations and emergency service staff in NHS. etc. Can also provide some to local football clubs. Soon fill it by giving away any unsold tickets. I agree that we should fill it saying goodbye to two of our outstanding players. Eccles Blue will be there in spirit.

I’m not a Sir, as I’ve never been Knighted.

Just out of interest, when did Sir Kevin Parker get knighted? I didn’t know Kevin was a Sir until you posted that information on the forum.

You can buy me a pint, thanks, as I’ve recently stopped (moaning) highlighting and discussing issues that affect the fans, or haven’t you noticed that? Apart from the current OSC, FA Cup final, ticket scandal and fallout amongst the fans. I’m waiting for Sir Kevin’s public statement about that.(off topic) I take it Kevin will be at the test event?

They already had their window to get their tickets, in the three days before they went on sale to season ticket holders ;-)

That would be a fitting tribute as I know Sheila mentioned taking school parties to see the mighty Blues

Sir Kevin’s knighthood is a bit like how Leeds Rhinos fans refer to Sir Kevin Sinfield, for decades before the world woke up to Sir Kev’s amazing exploits. KP is available for 7 days a week and virtually every week of the year to help fellow Blues. This is despite him a self made successful business man. If the label feeds posters bitterness then they need to look at themselves.

I have no idea on Kev P’s diary.!I’ve encouraged lots of people to attend the test event so you needn’t worry about attendance.

I happily take back your knighthood and it’s a shame your contribution to the protest movement is undervalued, possibly because of a few daft pics you took to mock some our fans. Possibly tourists in your book.

I can’t reply to your full post and allegations about me on this thread as that would take the thread way off topic.

Suffice to say, you’re posting a load of nonsense and bollocks again Tim, and not for the first time.

Back to topic before a Mod steps in.

There isn’t a bad bone in Sir Tim of the oak so I’m sure his post was meant in a lighthearted way and not avin a pop mate.

Used to love Topics …. There was a joke about them once that I can’t remember …. Something about squirrel shit .

The test event ticket page has gone.

So has the ticket link on the test event page.

Which means tickets for the event have sold out.

Are you sure...[that it's sold out,]?

It's on the main mens ticket site?

They are probably updating or changing the criteria.
All the Orange seats in the Wembley circle have gone of aswell.
